Weekend Itinerary
We can’t thank you enough for joining us for this special weekend. We’ve gathered the most important people in our lives, not only to celebrate together but to build lasting connections with one another. To make that happen, we’ve planned a weekend full of fun and memorable moments!
Wine Tasting - optional
When: Thursday - June 5, 2025 @ 5pm
Where: Bruma Casa Ocho
Why: This stunning vineyard in the heart of Valle de Guadalupe is known for its incredible wines and breathtaking landscapes. We’ll sip and savor the flavors of the region, guided by Bruma’s winemakers, and get a taste of what makes this vineyard so special. It’s the perfect way to unwind, connect, and enjoy a little slice of local paradise together
Dress Code: Must be dressed for the Welcome Party
What to know: This isn’t a hosted event—just a chance for anyone arriving early to unwind after traveling and enjoy some local wines! Please confirm your attendance and Venmo for your tasting by June 1.
When: Thursday - June 5, 2025 @ 6:15pm- 12am
Where: Casa Frida
Why: This night is all about kicking things off in style – bringing together our amazing friends, whether it’s your first time meeting or a long-overdue reunion! Just lots of fun with plenty of drinks, dancing, and delicious bites to get us all in full vacation mode. Let’s let loose, laugh, and celebrate this epic beginning to our wedding weekend!
Dress Code: Cowboy Cocktail
What to know: Shuttles will be available to take everyone to and from the venue. Dinner will be served buffet-style with a standing setup, so feel free to mingle, grab a bite, and hit the dance floor!
Welcome Party
Paddle Ball & Pool Day
When: Friday - June 6, 2025 @ 12pm - 5pm
Where: Bruma
Why: This day is all about relaxing, unwinding, and making the most of this beautiful place! Whether you’re splashing around, getting competitive with paddle ball, or just lounging with a drink, it’s a perfect day to enjoy the sunshine and each other’s company before the big celebration!
Dress Code: Athletic clothes and swim suit
What to know: We’ll be serving a casual, traditional Mexican lunch with cervezas and Aperol spritz. If you'd prefer to use this day to explore, we’d be happy to recommend some must-see spots—there’s so much to do in the area!
When: Friday - June 6th 2025 @ 6:30pm- 10pm
Where: Ariete
Dress Code: Garden Party Cocktail
What to know: Shuttles will be available to take everyone to and from the venue, which is about a 15-minute drive from Bruma.
Rehearsal Dinner
When: 4pm
Where: Bruma Casa Ocho
Dress Code: Formal with a natural palette! Please wear shades of beige, cream, or ivory—ladies, we kindly ask to avoid white, while men are welcome to wear white shirts. Jackets are optional for men, but we recommend keeping an eye on the weather in case it cools down in the evening. Ladies, due to the dirt pathways, we suggest avoiding thin heels.
What to know: We kindly ask that you enjoy the moment with us by refraining from filming or taking photos during the ceremony.
Wedding Day!
Farewell Brunch
Timing: 11am - 2pm
Where: Bruma Casa Ocho
Join us poolside for a farewell breakfast as we wrap up the weekend! There will be food, hydration, and recovery vibes. We hope you're just the right amount of hungover, but if an Irish exit feels like your best move, we totally respect it!
